Description: The plastron, bottom section, of the carapace (shell) on this turtle was nice and smooth - no scars or wear marks from rocks or anything. The color was nice and vibrant. Also, this view gives a good look at the markings on the scutes of the carapace-edges. Eastern painted turtle (for use in a gallery with common aspect ratios)
