Description: Homemade chips, made with arrowhead bulbs. Just peel the arrowheads, cut into thin slices (I use a mandolin, in which case it's best not to cut of the stalk as it's a perfect handle) and quickly drop one by one into 170C oil. Deep fry for about 90 seconds or until crispy. Add a little salt. I like these better than potato crisps!
