Description: Ice jam on Oil Creek, just north of its confluence with the Allegheny River in Oil City, Pennsylvania. This photo was taken in the mid-late 1970's. Scanned from a photographic slide. Camera: Minolta SRT-201 SLR. This picture is actually from Route 8 across Oil Creek looking at downtown Oil City - the Allegheney River is approximately 1/8 mile from this point.
