Description: All Saints Church, Burton in Lonsdale Quite a large church, perhaps because of the former importance of the village for silk and wool weaving. It was built in an impressive position by Paley in 1868-76. The tower with spire is on the south side of the nave. The chancel looks to be taller than the nave.
