Description: Alexander Watherston arrived on the "Hooghly", 17 June 1839. He was in charge of the South Australian Company's bull, the first that they imported, on the journey. He later lived in Port Lincoln, became the owner of Louth Island and worked as an overseer for the Road Board. Died April 1887 - State library of South Australia B29346
