Description: "Still House", Tavistock Abbey, Devon. A view looking north along the riverside walk. A plaque on the building states that the building was one of the corners of the Abbey precinct, and was used by the monks to distill, for medicinal purposes, herbs from the nearby garden. The building was restored in 1884.
