This Ancestral Puebloan mesa-top reservoir was built and used between AD 750 and AD 1180 and is one of four reservoirs that are part of the Prehistoric Mesa Verde Reservoirs, a Historic Civil Engineering Landmark. The stone walls were built to retain dredged sediment.
