Description: 2101 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., a housing cooperative located in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Built in 1928 by developer Harry M. Bralove and his partners, Edward C. Ernst and John J. McInerney, the Spanish Colonial Revival style former apartment building was designed by architects Joseph H. Abel and George T. Santmyer. 2101 Connecticut Avenue is designated as a contributing property to the Kalorama Triangle Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. Former occupants include Alben W. Barkley, William E. Borah, Theodore E. Burton, Benjamin N. Cardozo, Tom C. Clark, Willis Van Devanter, Leslie Groves, John Kluge, and Arthur L. Willard.
