Description: Spring Garden District in Philadelphia, on the NRHP since December 21, 1978. The Historic district is roughly bounded by Fairmount Ave. and 15th, 24th, Mount Vernon, and Spring Garden Sts.; also Fairmount Ave. and Mt. Vernon, 15th, and 19th Sts. in the Spring Garden neighborhood of North Philly. Second set of boundaries represents a boundary increase of September 12, 1983. These particular buildings are the north side of the 1900 block of Wallace Street, right by the coords given below.
