Description: Ralph, my son-in-law, and I looked at some historic places in Portsmouth, Ohio while my daughter, Nancy, practiced for the Portsmouth Symphony concert. We were impressed by the condition of this Waller Street house built in 1810. When rain drops fell on my camera, I left with this one view. It wuld be interesting to learn more history of the house.
