Hugh Baily (1935-?) was an American sideshow attraction. His stage name was The Pretzel Man. He also appeared as Spider Boy or Crawfish Boy. He was born with twisted and deformed limbs. His shins were bent at 90 degree angles. He may have been afflicted with parastremmatic dwarfism.
