Grevillea deflexa is a shrub of the genus Grevillea native to an area in the WMid West, Goldfields and Pilbara regions of Western Australia.
The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 2 metres (2 to 7 ft) and has non-glaucous branchlets. It has simple flat linear undissected leaves that are 20 to 75 millimetres (0.8 to 3.0 in) long and 1 to 10 mm (0.04 to 0.39 in) wide. The inflorescence is axillary raceme with irregular red or yellow flowers that appear from May to October. It will produce simple hairy oblong fruit that is 13 to 15 mm (0.5 to 0.6 in) long.
