Grady is a city in Lincoln County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 305 at the 2020 census, down from 449 at the 2010 census. It is included in the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Geography
Grady is located in northeastern Lincoln County along U.S. Route 65. It is 22 miles (35 km) southeast of Pine Bluff and 11 miles (18 km) northwest of Gould.
According to the United States Census Bureau, Grady has a total area of 1.9 square miles (4.8 km2), all land.

Education
The Star City School District operates public schools serving Grady. Its high school is Star City High School.
Previously Grady Public Schools operated public schools. In 2004 the Arkansas Legislature approved a law that forced school districts with fewer than 350 students apiece to consolidate with other districts. As a result, on July 1, 2004, the Grady School District was merged into the Star City district.
