Franklin Edvard Denholm (November 29, 1923 – April 7, 2016) was an American politician. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives from South Dakota. He served in congress from 1971 through 1975. He was born in Scotland Township of Day County, South Dakota.
Denholm died on April 7, 2016, at the age of 92 in Brookings, South Dakota.
