Ewa Aganyin (also spelled as Ewa Agoyin) is a street food commonly eaten across Nigeria. The dish mainly consist of beans that are cooked until extremely soft, and then mashed. Further ingredients are usually bell peppers, onion, ginger, dried chilies and palm oil which are deliciously prepared as stew to give a perfect match. It is commonly eaten with bread which has become a perfect combo in Africa.
Another product of beans is Adalu which is made with beans and corn.
