Labour and Social Justice – The Electoral Alternative (German: Arbeit und soziale Gerechtigkeit – Die Wahlalternative or WASG) was a German political party founded in 2005 by people who did not like the Social Democratic-Green government.
On June 16, 2007 it merged with The Left Party.PDS to form the a party The Left (Die Linke) party. At the time of its merger with The Left Party.PDS about 11,600 people were members.
