Dard people facts for kids
The Dards are an ethnic group predominantly found in Eastern Afghanistan, India's Jammu and Kashmir, in the Northern Areas and in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Smaller Dard populations can be found in China. The term Dard is due to Herodotus who described a land of the Dardikae in the area of northeastern Afghanistan.
