The Central Bohemian Region is a region of the Czech Republic. It covers 14% of the country, with the highest population of any region of the Czech Republic. The capital city for the region is Prague.
Important rivers in the region are Elbe, Vltava, Berounka, Jizera and Sázava. Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area is in Central Bohemia.
