Alexander's Ragtime Band facts for kids
Alexander's Ragtime Band is a 1938 American musical movie directed by Henry King and was based on the 1911 song of the same name by Irving Berlin. It stars Tyrone Power, Alice Faye, Don Ameche, Ethel Merman, Jack Haley, Helen Westley, John Carradine, Wally Vernon, Ruth Terry, Stanley Andrews and was distributed by 20th Century Fox. It was nominated for 6 Oscars and won an Academy Award in 1939.
