Affinity facts for kids
In law, affinity is the kinship relationship that exists between two or more people as a result of somebody's marriage. It is different from consanguinity (blood relationship).
Affinity is the relationship which each party to a marriage has to the relatives of the other partner to the marriage. For example, A parent-in-law is a person who has a legal affinity with another by being the parent of the other's spouse.
